If you want to look for a solution to manage your resources such as meeting schedule, people, room, computer, projector and etc, you found the right one. The solution uses Rapla, a open source software, to manage and schedule resources. Administrator can use it as a local solution or online solution; however, the web hosting or VPS has to work as a Java web server. It's simpler when using this software locally.
Step 1: Download Rapla to your computer and extract it
Step 2: Run the raplaserver.exe file, and you can access to the administrative interface at any computer in the same network layer (e.i. localhost:8051).
Step 3: you can start Rapla with java webstart or Plugin; however, remember to update the latest version of Java.
Step 4: Enter your username and password. You can change your admin account or create user account for centralized management.
This is the main interface. You can see resources such as Room, Laptop and Person. When you make a schedule, you can add these information to a scheduling.
